When it comes to preventing disease transmission in healthcare settings, surface disinfection is one of the most impactful tools in a facility’s arsenal. Product labels for EPA regulated disinfectants contain fundamental information for the user, such as key safety warnings and instructions for use. However, not all product labels are the same. Even products from the same manufacturer may feature different language and instructions for use. This inconsistency can lead to confusion and a lack of compliance, especially around contact time.
