The abstract, which was presented at the Association for Vascular Access (AVA) annual scientific meeting, September 2018, previously presented at Collaborative Alliance for Nursing Outcomes (CALNOC), October 2017, examines the efficacy of 3.15% CHG / 70% IPA vs. 70% IPA alone for routine disinfection of needleless connectors on Central Venous Catheters.

Results: Prevantics® Device Swab trial resulted in a statistically significant decline in CLABSIs among high-risk oncology patients.
