At the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

- Define the human factor barriers and facilitators identified in infection prevention research that impact compliance.
- State the lessons learned regarding the implementation of infection prevention practices aimed at improving environmental hygiene and reducing specific healthcare-associated infections (HAIs).
